Altadena’s Christmas Tree Lane will conduct its annual tree lighting on Dec. 10, 2016

The Christmas Tree Lane Association will host its annual event Dec. 10, on Santa Rosa Avenue in Altadena.

The historic tradition, and California historical landmark – dating back nearly 100 years – will be highlighted by the tree lighting at 6pm.  Winterfest will kick it off at 2 p.m.  in  the parking lot of the Altadena Library with singers, special guests, hot cocoa, crafts, a photo booth and food.

Attendance is always good so be alert that Santa Rosa will be closed to auto traffic between Mariposa and Mendocino streets at 4 p.m. The entire street will be closed at Woodbury Road from 6:30 p.m. until 9 p.m.

To help support the good folks of the Christmas Tree Lane Association to keep the lights on this magical tradition for years to come, you can make donations to the Christmas Tree Lanes Association through http://www.christmastreelane.net/donate.html
